School emails
Forward the school email. We'll find the dates.
Switch on the Family Assistant and send it the newsletters, letters and reminders that pile up in your inbox. It picks out the non-uniform days, trips and deadlines and suggests them for your calendar — you just check and tap Add.

- Nothing reaches the calendar until you say so — choose which child it's for and it lands on their week

Never miss the important bits
Reminders before, one message when you can't go
Tumble nudges you before a session rather than after it, and when you can't make one you say so once — every provider involved hears about it without you writing a single message.
- Say why — away, unwell, or just can't — so it isn't mistaken for a no-show
- Going away for a fortnight? Set the dates once and everyone you're booked with is told separately
- The provider's own missed-class policy comes back to you at the same time, so you know where you stand
- Saying you'll miss a session never cancels the booking on its own
- A daily or weekly email of what's coming up — and send it to the other parent, the nanny or Grandma too
