For families

Where parents find you

Your classes sit alongside every other activity in the area — searchable by postcode, age and day, showing your real availability as it changes.

For providers

And where you run it

One calendar, a register that works with no signal, and every payment, refund and safeguarding record in the same place.

Illustrative — your own classes, venues and families once you're set up.

What's included

Everything you need to run your classes

This is what's in Tumble today, not a demo. Tap any card to see how it works.

How it works

Three steps to your first booking

Every step, from applying to payout
  1. 1

    List your classes

Apply in a few minutes, then add your venues, classes, terms and camps. Free, with no monthly fee and no setup cost.

  2. 2

    Parents find and book you

You appear in Tumble's directory and search. You also get your own booking link and a widget for your website.

  3. 3

    Get paid

Tumble takes the payment, runs the checkout and pays you out. One fee, only on bookings that actually happen.

Use Tumble alongside your existing system

Already using another booking system?

You don't have to switch. Run Tumble alongside it and move over when you're ready.

Keep your existing bookings

Keep selling through your current system.

Choose your Tumble places

Put only some spaces on Tumble, so the two systems never compete for the same seat.

Move over when it suits you

Start small, compare the results, and increase your Tumble places whenever you’re ready.

The one rule: never sell the same place on both systems.

Pricing

What you pay, and what you get

Free to list either way. You only pay when a family pays you through Tumble. There is no monthly fee unless you add Memberships, and no setup cost.

All rates include VAT, and card processing is charged on top of them. The percentage is Tumble's own take and nothing else — separating the card cost out is what keeps it this low, rather than a number with somebody else's costs folded in.

The lowest percentage is not the lowest bill. Pembee and Happity’s Member Plus have the smallest commissions on this page, and both cost more than Tumble does on this month’s takings, because their subscriptions outweigh the difference. Take a lot more than £1,000 a month and the balance shifts — run your own numbers.

Checked against each provider’s own pricing page on 25 September 2026 (Pembee on 7 October 2026): ClassForKids · Happity · Pebble · Pembee · Stripe. Pebble quote their rates excluding VAT (£25 + 3%, £35 + 2.5%); shown here with VAT added so every column compares like with like, as do Happity (£9 and £25 a month + VAT, at 2.5% and 1% + VAT). ClassForKids quote “from” prices, say the final rate depends on your revenue and volume, and also publish an Enterprise tier from 1.5% priced on application. Their rate includes card processing; ours, Pembee’s, Happity’s and Pebble’s do not. Pembee quote £30 a month plus 0.59% on card payments without saying whether VAT is included, so their figures are shown as published; their Premium plan is £70 a month at the same 0.59%, and both are cheaper paid annually. Happity and Pebble both require a twelve-month commitment, and are cheaper again paid annually. Prices change — check theirs before deciding.

Tumble's fee is 1.5% on families you bring and 2.5% on families we find, no VAT added. Card processing is an estimate at Stripe's published UK rate of 1.5% + 20p — a real cost, not ours, and we don't mark it up. Families never pay a booking fee on top of your price. The Memberships package also carries its monthly charge, not shown here.

Common questions

What providers ask us before they sign up.

See all 20 questions
Is there a monthly subscription?
No. Listing, registers, customers, messaging, analytics and the website widget are free, and you only pay when a family pays you through Tumble — so a quiet month costs you nothing. The one thing with a monthly charge is the optional Memberships package, at £100 a month.
What exactly are the fees?
1.5% on families you bring yourself, through your own booking link or website widget, and 2.5% on families Tumble finds for you — no VAT added. On the Memberships package it's a flat 1% on everything. Stripe's card and payout fees are passed on at cost, never marked up.
Do parents pay a booking fee?
Never. The price a family sees is the price you set, and nothing is added at checkout.
I have lots of staff — do I pay more?
No. There's no per-person charge. Add your whole team, and each member of staff sees the sessions they run rather than your accounts.
Is there a contract or a setup fee?
Neither. There's no setup cost and no minimum term. Your customer list, registers and income all export as CSV whenever you want them.
Can families pay termly, weekly or as they go?
Yes — terms, single drop-in sessions, prepaid packs of sessions, holiday camps and paid trials, each priced the way you run it. Monthly memberships are on the Memberships package.

List your classes on Tumble

Free to list, with no monthly fee. You only pay when a family pays you through Tumble. We review every application and email you when your listing is approved, usually within a few days. Nothing is public until then.

What sort of provider are you?

This sets up the menu you start with — tutors get a Tutor Portal with lesson plans, clubs get the front desk and memberships first. It never limits what you can use, and you can change it any time in Menu settings.

Your cancellation policy

This is your policy with your customers: what they get back when they cancel. Unless you set your own, every booking with you follows Tumble's standard cancellation policy and you agree to honour it. Please read it now. You can set your own at any time in Settings → Cancellation policy, and a change applies to bookings made from then on.
