Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort
Monte-Carlo, Monaco, Monaco
The lagoon is the draw: a warm, sand-bottomed pool on a green peninsula that feels like a beach with no waves. In July and August Petit VIP runs morning and afternoon sessions for four-to-twelves, plus three supervised evenings a week with dinner, so parents can try the Michelin-starred restaurant. You do have to stay on site, but with the spa and pools that's hardly a hardship.
