An after-dark, space-themed lantern trail through the zoo grounds running from mid-November to late February, so a good option outside the busiest December weeks. A Christmas grotto with Santa runs on selected December evenings, booked separately. It is an outdoor evening walk so warm clothing is needed, and adults-only and quiet nights are also offered.
