A country-house hotel's cookery school runs half-day, chef-led holiday classes for children, with seasonal recipes that change each half term.
For the children
Mini Chefs (6–9): seasonal themed recipes, e.g. Halloween bakes. Junior Chefs (10–14): simple recipes to build skill. Both are hands-on with a chef tutor and include ingredients, an apron, recipes to take home and a soft drink with what they've made. Mini Chefs also get a goody bag.
