One hour of hands-on dumpling making (taro wontons, vegetable jiao zi and 18-fold xiao long bao with red bean), then 30 minutes eating their dumplings plus a basket of xiao long bao. Includes two soft drinks and a goody bag with certificate, apron, stickers and pin.
